OfficialRules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Fresh Coast x Lume Gear Up For Winter Ski Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years old with a valid government-issued ID, or at least 18 with a valid Michigan medical marijuana card. This Giveaway is separate from the Michigan’s Purest Shaggy Ski Giveaway. It has its own prize and its own drawing, and entries do not carry over between the two. The Giveaway runs Nov 1, 2026 through Nov 24, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

How to enter: (1) Sign up for Fresh Coast Rewards, (2) buy a Fresh Coast or Splash vape (disposable or 510 cartridge) at a Lume Cannabis Co. location during the Entry Period, then (3) upload your receipt. Each approved receipt showing a qualifying vape purchase at Lume is one entry. Only receipts that are reviewed and approved count as entries. Receipts that are rejected, duplicated, not approved, from a non-Lume retailer, or that don’t include a qualifying vape purchase do not count. Free entry: Hand-print your name, address, phone number, email and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mail it to: Fresh Coast Extracts, 606 S Park Dr, Kalkaska, MI 49646, USA. Each card is one entry. Limit one card per envelope. Mail-in entries must be received by Nov 24, 2026. You don’t have to agree to receive text messages to enter.

Prize: One Grand Prize: a pair of custom co-branded Fresh Coast x Lume Shaggy’s Ahmeek 95 skis, 169 cm, with an approximate retail value of $1,100. The prize is awarded as described, in the size listed. No cash or other substitutions. Limit one Grand Prize per person.

Drawing and winner notification: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about Dec 1, 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information on their Fresh Coast Rewards account or mail-in entry. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification. If they don’t, or if the prize notification can’t be delivered, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor will verify the winner’s eligibility, and Sponsor’s decisions are final.

Delivery and taxes: The skis are expected to ship to the winner in January 2027 to a U.S. address the winner provides. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the prize’s approximate retail value, and the winner must provide a completed W-9 before the prize is awarded.
